Spirit Energy Newsletter for July 2011
Leading up to 2012, we have heard from many people about the shifts occurring in their relationships, careers, prosperity and in their health. These shifts are a the result of the earth’s energy helping us all find harmony and purpose. Resisting these energies may cause you to seek help to get through this phase of your transformation. In response we have put together this newsletter with the theme of offering some clarity and tools as suggested ways to incorporate them along with techniques you already doing. We hope that this newsletter will inspire you and help move you forward in the direction that further enlightens you.
Angel Reading
The angel of Beauty and Harmony is Archangel Jophiel.
This archangel takes care of bringing the beauty and peace back into our lives and encourages you to “clean up” and harmonize your environment. Examples would be fresh cut flowers, planting new potted plants or bringing music in the air you live in.
This angelic energy wants your spirit to dance and sing thereby celebrating the beauty of your body and your home. Go out on a limb and find your freedom in everything you do. If you are further inspired to change, try incorporating more colour in your wardrobe or a new colour of nail polish on your fingers and toes.
Cook a meal that you have always wanted even if you are the only one that will eat it. Run in the rain screaming, “I love my life”. Clean your car, boat, or bike and do something to it that will make you smile. Celebrating the beautiful energy that you possess is the ultimate in honouring yourself and god as they are the same thing. Sound Therapy Tip
At this time it is important to continue searching for those sounds and experiences that make you feel good, relax and find other exciting fun things to do. Perhaps the sound of children in the park or your own kids as they play and run laughing. Seek sounds that bring you comfort as they will spark your own inner child within you to take life less seriously and look at the fun side of things. These sounds will bring more peace of mind to you as you re-learn what it is like to have fun again.
If you have forgotten about having fun your focus may have turned to the drama around an event. Drama is the gossiping, making assumption about the reason other people do things or even the anger or judgment about others or the actions they do. If drama has filled your life then confrontation may follow thereby taking from the enjoyable side of the experience. Help your spirit to surface by re-focusing away from the drama and look for beauty and connection in everything.
Assume nothing, ask everything and draw your conclusions on facts not assumptions. Do all things necessary to be around beauty and laughter. It takes 43 muscles to frown and only 17 muscles to smile. It is time to relax and find a smile and look for the sounds of laughter that has its hidden beauty built in. Why do we fuss and worry about things that have absolutely no value to our happiness but only serves to fuel the drama?
Feng Shui Tip
The summer is the time to enjoy all the vegetation around us as they have opened their up beauty all around us for us to see. They did not bloom or grow on the condition you would enjoy them but rather did they work to grow only hoping you will. Your energy and intention should mirror this pattern. There is so much you can do to activate this energy and bring it into your world; work on the outside and make the intention of welcoming this energy into your heart.
Having plants and flowers in the front of your home, adding a welcome mat, keeping swing sets oiled and functioning properly, bird bath in the money section, bird houses or feeders, cutting the grass, fixing wind-based items such as wind chimes and whirligigs; all will help keep the theme of beauty and harmony around you.
Also try giving your home a good cleaning. A chance to purge some items that are not needed and can go to good will that will bring happiness to others. In Feng Shui it is always a concern when clutter is all around the home. If there are things on your night table, countertops and dressers, take a second look at it to see why it is there. The less you have here the more energy it attracts.
When you walk into your home or apartment do you feel like you came to a heavenly place like a sanctuary or is it a reminder of how confusing your life is. Give the halls another coat of paint to freshen up things. Open all the doors and windows of the house on a beautiful day so it cleanses the house and takes out the stale air.
Part of Feng Shui’ing your home has to do with you and the way you treat yourself. Energetically your home and your body are the same thing. The same way you treat your body is the way your home looks and feels. This is why you need to raise the vibration of your home by treating yourself this month. Take excellent care of yourself at this time because everybody in your family will benefit. Do something that you don’t always do to treat yourself. The energy that you feel in whatever you select must be a millionaire look or feeling. This energy level is perfect to get out of the routine and the stagnant energy.
A Channeled Message from the Higher Realms
Let this be the time you reflect on the path you set for yourself at the start of the year. We are half way through 2011 and at the start of the year you may have had resolutions that you wanted to see through. Take the time to re-visit them and see if they still play an importance in your life. If so then take the time to determine how you will achieve them. Do you need some guidance or answers to questions? If so then seek those who can help you.
Do you look at your list and say that those were resolutions of a person you have since evolved from? Have you outgrown these goals? Then it is time to congratulate yourself for seeing that and moving to set new ones for the person you are today. So many times it is seen as failure for not making these goals come to life. Instead we ask for you to see why you set them and do they play a role in your life. If they do then seek out help if not take them off your list and find others that more accurately describe you now.
